Park Place Lexus Grapevine

"Yesterday my husband and I went to the dealership to look at a Lexus SUV. My husband walked into the dealership and he waited about 5-10 minutes for some help. I do realize that it was a Saturday evening and it was busy; however, no one stopped to ask if someone could help him. He was ready to leave but I convinced him to stay. We went in as a family and he proceeded to look at a Lexus RX. Again no one stopped to ask if he needed help but another customer was immediately asked if he needed help. We were finally able to get help and despite the salesperson being nice, I got an impression of being disinterested and really not wanting to be there. We weren't even offered a business card after we looked at the vehicle we were interested in. If we do decide to buy a Lexus, it won't be from this dealership. We will find another one in the area."
