"I was unable to get my deposit back even though there were no damages to the property, the key card returned.they had the original receipt for the cash deposit. The housekeeper came in the room to clean up and threw away the yellow receipt. I tried to explain that to concierge and was told that inspite of them throwing away the receipt. It was my responsibility. I feel like this policy on the cash deposit is truly ridiculous."

"We've stayed here before. The price is GREAT! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly!! It's in a great location if you're going to Six Flags, going to a Dallas Cowboy game or a Texas Ranger game."

"The liquor store on the corner attracts a lot of homeless. When we arrived and got into our room 139, those beds need to be replaced. The door did not lock when you leave. They had to change us to room 239 and that door and those beds were a lot better. They charged me for breakfast they don't serve breakfast. They charged me $2 a day for a shuddle fee. There is no shuddle. Please if you have it. Spend the extra 200 for a better experience somewhere else. I know people will still book because the location but I learned my lesson. I hope your experience is better."

"This place was horrible, I traveled for work and I just drove over 15 hours that the stay here. The customer service was atrocious was very, very bad. The person behind the counter refused to check me in all because I didn't have extra $50 for the deposit. I had to spend the night in my car with no shower. No sleep and I had a perfectly good reservation book there. Do not stay at this place. The black gentleman behind the counter should be fired."

"Terrible service. During the check in process they locked us out of the lobby and into a confined area at the entrance with a man who was obviously strung out on drugs was screaming and punching windows. They then left and didnt come back for an hour. Maids would barge into the room in the morning without knocking. Wouldn't give me my deposit because they didnt like my id, even though it was the one i checked in with. Overall they were extremely rude and obviously couldn't care less about their customers."
