"Appointment was set at 6:15 pm. We arrived early at 5:50 after filling out paperwork online. They have a TV screen saying who’s next. People were called before our baby was when we were next in line. It’s now 7:15 pm and we have one more patient in front of us. I’m absolutely not sure of how this place is rated 4.8 stars with 414 reviews. Being seen 1.5 hours after your set appointment time is unacceptable. No updates on where your place in line is, had to go out and ask. Won’t return to this location again and advise others if they want to save their time, find another location. Update: 730 pm. No one has come in. Maybe they’re in Eastern time zone. Don’t come here if you want a HIPPA violation. You can hear the entire appointment through the walls. Finally got seen at 7:40 pm. Appointment took less than 3 minutes. Prescription got sent in. It was clean at least, bathroom luxurious."

"This is thes best urgent care for children Ive been to! Its close to my home so i decided to give it a chance because my auntie was working and we didn't have a spare car available, so my mother and I went there with my baby. They helped us so fast! In less than an hour we were in and out! Super friendly and professional staff. Would give 10 stars if I could!"
