"I have been coming here every morning for well over 2 years. I have ran into tons of problems but never enough to keep me from going in the morning. Employees wine about how they don’t want to be there and always have some sort of drama that is more important then the customer. Todays issue was the computers went down as soon as my time in line came. I don’t have cash always pay card this morning the could not do that because of their computers. The little girl at the register keeps me there for 15 minutes to slide my card over and over again same outcome every time. I’m in every morning so I said let me take my drink $1.45 and I’ll just pay for two tomorrow. She refuses my offer and has me slide time after time until finally she realizes it’s not going to work. At this point you have cost me money and time just being here give me the drink and move on to the next guy. Nope not this inexperienced customer service representative she makes me leave my drink which will be thrown away by the way and treats me as if I’m one with a problem. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back won’t be back due to lack of consideration and training. Will also be trying to contact the manager to let her in on this situation. Poor training and customer service if you have to go inside don’t stop here."

"I love that there is free air here for your car tires!!!! It is truly a great amenity for the customers! I have always had great experience with the employees there, and it seems to always be in good clean order! Their items are stocked nicely and we usually get in and out fairly quickly! Their location is convenient for me to stop in when heading towards Vine Grove."
