"Store has good products, pretty much everything you need. But the customer service is horrible. Store manager, Sunny, looked pissed the moment I stepped in and when I asked a question he got even angrier. I would go back but unfortunately with customer service like that I discourage anyone else from going. You will not feel welcome."

"I recently moved right down the street from The Austinite Market, and I must say, my initial expectations were completely exceeded. I had anticipated encountering rude staff and exorbitant prices due to the location's popularity among tourists, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the people working there are some of the nicest individuals I've come across. They have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive, making every visit a delightful experience. Not only is their customer service admirable, but the store has a great selection. It is always well-maintained and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. Despite its prime location, they are able to keep an alright price for the majority of their items (Certain Party Items Are Obviously a Littel More). Also, They offer a wide range of goods, including hygiene products, food, beverages, and local Austin specialties, making it a convenient one-stop shop for all my needs. In conclusion, I highly recommend The Austinite Market to anyone living in or visiting the area. It has quickly become my go-to store, and I appreciate the excellent service and reasonable prices they provide. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was able to get everything I need for a picnic and trip to barton springs here, including some organic wine! They have an impressive wine section, sun screen, bug spray, chocolates, snacks, electrolyte water, and fantastic AC :). It's nice to know this little gem exists in route to barton springs and zilker! ps the building art is lovely!"

"The Austinite Market has become a part of our morning routine and I’m so thankful it’s right next to my home. Every morning we walk to the park across the street and very rarely do we skip our stop at our favorite bodega. The customer service is always above and beyond- I’m always in tow with a bulky nuna baby stroller and get helped coming in and out. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate us and my baby loves greeting the manager every morning. Major plus- they serve taco deli breakfast tacos!! (And they carry the salsa too!) We’ve also had to run in for a few random things and have never had a problem finding what we need. Forget your kids playground snack? They have some great healthy options! We’re big fans of grabbing some applesauce pouches. The personal and friendly customer service has never been topped for Us. We love coming in and having a morning chat before hitting the town lake trails."

"You can find almost anything you need here!  Toiletries, batteries, deodorant, bug spray, AustiNuts, sunglasses... Only problem is customer service.  Odds are good you'll get an employee with an attitude problem.  I came in once with a Too Good To Go order and was given a hard time. The employee was annoyed with me and actually told me that he couldn't help me so I should leave. So, go here to get the items you need, but know you're rolling the dice on how you will be treated."
