"As a mom and a teacher this place is on a major upswing. It was bought in January by a company called Handprints Academy. The current staff is loving and dedicated to the children at this school. The director is hands on in each room and is in the process of revamping the entire center. Come check them out and see the positive changes this place is making."

"Now that I've seen what responsible childcare looks like, I feel like I should apologize to my kids for leaving them in this facility for the last 3 years. There are a few gems of teachers here, and that, along with the convenience of the location, is what kept us here for so long. During our time here, there was a very high level of turnover. My son had 5 preschool teachers in one year. The teacher would quit and there would be no communication about it, no acknowledgement it ever happened. Small children need stability and this facility doesn't offer much of that. My 3 year old son had numerous accidents that required doctor visits and scar cream while he attended this school. I will say he is an adventurous little boy & it's not all the teachers' fault, but when the same thing happens over & over, work to identify the issue. We left because of an accusation of abuse by a trusted teacher. I heard the teacher and director out, & I acknowledge that my son had a full-on raging tantrum that day, but ultimately, what I could not accept was the lack of concern to the accusation. Video of the incident was conveniently "unavailable" for 3 days in a row. The request for a call back after recovering the video went unanswered. There was no urgency to prove that the incident was not inappropriate, leading me to believe they were hiding something. No follow up from the director or the owner so I withdrew my kids and filed a report with the state. I understand if this is all you can afford financially, but you will pay much more in the end. Don't expect to be treated professionally and don't expect any level of communication unless you push for it. The lack of organization in this place always amazed me. It was constant chaos. I don't say these things lightly because changing daycares was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make for my children, but it was necessary. Find another option until they get their program in order."
