"They wouldn't let us extend our reservation because of my registered service dog. Said it was ok at first then after check in said we can pay a fee which we couldn't afford then so I had to leave him the truck. Went to get keys redone and pay the fee and she said we had to check out cause my dog made too much noise and there were complaints which I know is a damn lie he only barked once and that was today. Then they tried to deny our refund."

"This place is a health and safety violation. The mattress, linens, and towels were grossly dirty and stained. The bed had roaches UNDER the blanket. Was it even cleaned? Stained pillows, every towel was worn and stained. Holes in the bathroom door (looked like a fight or drug issue yet the hotel rented this room without repairs), Swastika marks on multiple doors, graffiti on the furniture, dirt and roaches on the floor, old food stain in the microwave, gross bathroom floors and sink. I refused to sleep, shower, or touch anything. The floor is tiled (does NOT match the hotel website pics). Very gross, unkempt, OLD mattress, and the entire room, walls, and bed reeks of stale cigarette smoke. BEWARE."

"Front desk/ Owner was friendly and accommodating.. the room however was ummmmm let's just say it needed to be bleached a few times over. Good location overall, some what quiet"

"We got here and the room was decent... We had things to do so we never turned on the TV... Thursday night we turned on the TV and it was shattered so we turned it off... Friday morning we told management about it and he told us to pay $75. for the TV or leave so we told him that we need a refund or we aren't leaving... So he called the cops on us... I beat him to the punch and called them myself... The officers were nice... We explained the situation to them and they went and talked to the manager... When they were done talking to him they came back to talk to us again and while they were there, he came back around and said that we had to leave a day early... Mind you, we are paid up to next Tuesday night... Because it's an electric key card we are scared that he will deactivate it and try to keep us out... We can't go anywhere together and do what needs to be done in fear of them keeping our stuff... DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!! I will pay extra to not stay here again when I come in from California."

"Don't stay here. The rooms are ok. Not very clean. Hold in walls and half broken furniture. We paid $75 for two nights. They later came back and told us they wanted an extra $20 for the double bed. Why wait for us to get into the room before asking for more money? If the rooms "cost" $85, then why did you charge us $75? They really want a credit card. I think they want to commit credit fraud and over charge us. I left for work and came back that first night and the door key was already deactivated. If it wasn't for my family still in the room, my stuff would have been locked inside and I highly doubt I'd get help from the people running this place. Also the location is trash. One way in and out, just a solid pain to get into and out of. I think they try to overcharge people because no one stays here. So if you make the mistake of coming here, they try to take advantage of you. Bad location birthed bad business practice and hostile employees."
