"My stay was exactly what you would expect on a business trip. The hotel is located on the service road for easy access to the highway. The parking lot was well lit and I was able to park in my preferred location at the front of the hotel. Lobby is quite clean and modern. There was some confusion as my room was supposed to be prepaid and I had to use my card to pay for the room. My room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was located across the hall. Sign said ice and vending machines. There were no vending machines because they had a pantry in the lobby. Need to correct the sign. King size bed was comfy although I would prefer full size pillows. Continental breakfast offered a lot of choices including waffles. It was quite good. TV was blaring FOX propaganda with no option to change the channel or turn it off. Eating breakfast to a barrage of political ads was not the way I wanted to start my day. I would stay there again but take my breakfast to my room. All of the employees I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful."

"Front desk person Dan showed a total lack of empathy for the misinformation provided on Google. I know Dan does not own the company, but when I told him about the pets free info, he just said I can't control what Google says. Mind you, I would have paid the fee had he just showed a little compassion toward the situation. I decided not to stay due to Dan's inability to see my perspective, and he said we'll just call Expedia because I already charged your card. The guy needs some better training."

"Shower/tub area could be cleaned from molding spots under soap holders in tile wall, and some of the grout between tiles needs to be cleaned. Rooms were clean, as was bathroom. Service in breakfast was fantastic, front desk above & beyond (bringing a hair dryer to room when none was in the room). Cleaning staff were very friendly . Overall; a very nice stay."

"The hotel was clean and up to date. Staff and amenities really good. My only complaint is that the breakfast still hard 45 minutes left and most hot items were gone and not replenished. I was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy but no gravy was left by the time we were able to get down there. Other than that, it was great."
