"We ordered lumber to repair a wall in the dog rescue kennel for our nonprofit before an incoming polar vortex. Our truck is currently out of commission or we would have just gone and picked up lumber from our local big box store. We paid more than the usual for the same product so we could have it delivered from a “local company”. Delivery was time sensitive since we needed the kennel wall repaired before the worst of the vortex. They delivered the first order and promised to deliver second order on a Thursday. It never arrived. Then they said they’d deliver Friday (before it got cold). No call, no delivery. I sent messages to the page (they saw but didn’t respond), to the email listed (no response), called (no response). They also didn’t respond to my husband’s calls (no response). He called the following Monday (Tuesday was suppose to be the worst of the weather). They won’t deliver today “because of the weather”. Roads are clear from ice. It’s just cold. They told him they don’t know when they will deliver and don’t seem in a hurry although they are the ones late to deliver to begin with and we have rescue dogs in an indoor kennel with a defective wall in 17 degree weather. Do not recommend. They do not deliver on time even when it’s time sensitive. Folks who answer the phone aren’t helpful and either promise dates they won’t actually deliver on or won’t give any timeframe at all. So much for buying locally."

"I had to get on here and say how nice my experience was here. We stopped in because we couldn't find the little bit of the size we needed to replace some rotted pieces outside our door. We thought we had gone into sales office so turned around to leave and the owner was getting out of his truck. Asked us what we needed and proceeded to find it for us. Honestly it probably wasnt worth his time for the small amt we needed but he made sure to find it and make sure we had what we needed! Thanks so much for helping when the other 5 places didnt! Highly recommend!"

"James is a joke. He is so slow and full of excuses. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. No sense of urgency and excuses galore. Just because you own a business does not make you a good businessman. Stay away!"

"Horrible Service, The entire process from ordering, follow up and delivery was horrible. I sent my inquiry in on a Sunday via email and it took them 2 business days to send a quote. It resulted in having my ordered delivered a day later, lost a day on site. Had to constantly call to see when lumber would be ready (special order). Every time the sales said he would follow up he never did. The day the sales rep was suppose to finally confirm the delivery he was not in the office and never called me, I had to call the office 3 times to get an answer. The day of delivery the truck showed up 1 hour late and was run by a bunch of amateurs. They had no forklift to unload 4"x12" beams or 8"x8" beams, they pushed them off in my yard and damaged one of my post. Highly recommend. you go somewhere else to get your lumber."
