The end result was exactly what we all agreed on and was shown. During the construction phase Scott, our foreman was spot on. Always keep us posted on what was happening next. "Recently completed a pool renovation with Puryear and w can't be more pleased with the result. The process started with the initial bid. This process was simple and easy. John was straight forward and trustworthy. His suggestions for our renovation was a welcome communication. Everything he recommended was right on point and we agreed. Other companies were asked to bid and received, the bids were confusing and contained many "what if's". This was not acceptable to us. John's bid was competitive and easy to understand. Renovation began fairly quickly after his bid was accepted, frankly faster than we had imagined. The entire process from pool draining to, new coping, new tile and new plaster went smoothly with constant communication from John.
