"Absolutely ridiculous!! The worst experience ever in trucking life. Got there on time for delivery and they rejected my load because seal number on paperwork was written with a pen like wth!! This isn’t drivers fault. Shipper or broker should know better. Companies with ridiculous rules. so they returned my luggage saying that it will come tomorrow, this is ridiculous, I would not recommend bringing luggage here."
"Typical Kroger, plan on 2 hours or more, even if only 10 skds. Tips, Make sure your seal number is typed into BOL. Can't be written in. One way traffic around building to check in and back all the way around to check out. One guard shack to check in and different one to check out. Has bathroom inside. People were all nice enough for me. Wait in truck for green light to go back in for paperwork. Check in half-hour before appointment or get turned away. No overnight parking. Once road construction gets finished may be able to park on road, otherwise I parked out at NB rest area. Only 1.8 miles to DC."
"I sent my driver two time in this worst warehouse .my driver reaches there before appointment time but they didn't takes him in but when he go for check in on appointment 10;30am but then there is huge line and my driver was in line he got check in 10:40am.now its going 3pm and they are still unloading our truck. ONLY WASTAGE OF TIME IN THIS WAREHOUSE .VERY VERY BAD ."
"If all warehouses were like this, the life of the truckers would be perfect. Nice guy at the security, extremely clean restroom for drivers, fast unload, no lumper. The woman at check in could be nicer. Overall, a great facility."
"I rarely write reviews but decided to take my time to write this one. My appointment time was at 10:30am. Checked in with the guard at 10am. Only 2 hours later at 12pm got the door assigned. It’s now already 2pm, and they haven’t even bothered to start unloading me. Save yourself time and nerves and avoid this place."
