"The security of this facility is good but the staff cannot handle children. They gave my 3 year old son a non washable marker and became upset when he drew on the table. They now expect me to pay for damages or replace the table and un-enrolled him from the day care. They cannot handle children effectively, had me come pick him up multiple times because of a small 3 year old tantrum. There were times the school was closed down due to the staff getting covid. we were not compensated for the days they missed and still had to pay the entire week in full. I highly recommend you find day care elsewhere. Because the staff here is a joke. In response to the owner, the teachers here had my upmost support. Before his original teacher left I heard nothing but positive remarks about my son. Since she has not been there I've been hearing the complete opposite. My child is not the problem."

"This is an amazing daycare! The owner Lexi has been so loving and kind since the moment we walked through the door. My baby absolutely loves it at kids kingdom. Never has a diaper rash and is always smiling at drop off and pick up. I love that the employees truly love and care about my son. They do not get frustrated when I call and ask questions. They stay in communication with me and the ProCare app is amazing! I love getting pictures of my son and knowing how he is doing throughout the day. This daycare is not the most fancy but I don’t need fancy. All I need is a safe learning environment and employees who are dedicated to loving my son and taking care of him. And that exactly what this daycare provides. Ms Mikaela is amazing with my son-she is like a second mama to him!"

"I started care for my infant baby two weeks after they opened. We came from a corporate daycare and one of the things I loved most about when I toured was knowing this is a family owned small business. I was looking for a daycare where we could feel as part of the family and treated as such. I get to speak with the owner anytime I need. My son went from a class of lots of babies with little room to roam and explore to turning, crawling and standing within weeks of being here. He is allowed to move around in the room as he wishes, he is held and comforted when needed. You don’t get that everywhere. This is a new place and they are learning and rapidly growing. Give this family a chance. We did!"

"DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! I find it very sad that a couple disgruntled employees have taken the weekend to try to slander a good owner and a good program. They have used family and friends if not fake profiles to keep on slandering. Letting us know we are doing a good job other wise they would not have resorted to this tactics. 3 employees who didn’t finish their shifts. The program is new and the kids have fun. The new teachers and new management have made amazing progress. Families are being added everyday. New teachers already feel like family. This is a great place to work and to bring your kids . I have done so and I do not regret it. Neither would you!!!"
