"Just to save you some time, do not apply there. Alma the manager and her assistant manager Monica have poor communication/training skills. They literally have you cleaning for weeks and then when someone quits, they'll throw you on the register only explaining things once and tell you if you need them to call them , but get annoyed quickly and they will roll their eyes and complain and take longer to help you each time you call them to the front. They will leave you on your own to struggle because in Monica's own words " they wanna work here they should be able to do it. " The line gets really long and the customers start becoming rude and demanding and the managers there simply do not care. So many people came and went and I had to pull doubles almost everyday because nobody wanted to work there. I said enough is enough when they pulled me in the office ( Monica and Alma ) and started getting after me for helping an elderly employee that was struggling on her own because she wasn't properly trained. They do not care for their employees and I was tired of picking up everyone's slack because these 2 females aren't ready to take on the positions they've been assigned. if I could leave 0 stars I would. WORST JOB EXPERIENCE EVER"
"Manager there needs to address issues about giving the best items and clothing to one particular older lady who is there everyday to buy to resale she is in every cart that comes out the doors super annoying and it’s ridiculous no point in coming if she takes carts and carts Of items & clothing everyday She gets first choice ladies there tell her when carts are coming out so she waits there they stand and allow her to grab anything she wants"

"Only 2 cashiers took 50 minutes waiting in line to find out the cashiers where out of small bills to make change. Would have been nice to have someone tell everyone in line plus open the 3rd check out to speed up everything. Not going back."
"This Goodwill had just opened and it shows. The parking lot was over full and too many customers in the store. The checkout line ran from one side of the store to the other. Prices are not competing. I was looking for hiking shoes and I found the same ones (but then new) at Ross for the same price. I'm not impressed by this Goodwill, it was one big mess"
