"Do not shop at this location! This store brings the family dollar brand down, The staff is rude and very unprofessional My daughter told the worker thank you when she rung up my daughters toy & the worker completely ignored her! They need to hire people who aren't racist and who want to make the customer shopping experience pleasant, I will not ever shop at this location again!!! I'm new to Houston and I must say I've had the worst customer service experience at this location! I will be filing a formal complaint I'll be sure to let my friends & family know to stay completely away from this location!!!!!!!! Horrible shopping experience overall!!!!"

"Always had a good experience with this location , but since they got a new manager i believe her last name is Hernandez , she was acussing me and my partner of stealing , when we asked for proof that its us of any kind of way , she said we look like the person and refused to do so , she denied our request to see if they had any video of us or anything showing it was us and threated to call cops on us . We went on and buying our nessesary things , we purshased our things and got our things and right when we were walking out she told us were are banned . Ill be taking my bussiness and money else where . Poor customer service , i am truly amazed on what kind of people get hired here now and days . She had no people skills and stood by us till we walked out the store ."
