"This is the place to stay clean ,food service , housekeeping the front desk clerk we very helpful with everything I needed.The beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home in my own bed. "I rarely give 5 stars for ANYTHING but this hotel deserves it! I believe what made this hotel exceptional was that it delivered on the simple things that matter. It was clean, there were no bugs and I couldn’t find any issues, which is a huge deal because I’m quite meticulous. Front desk and ancillary staff were kind, meeting my customer service expectations. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was also quite good. Also there were 4 sets of towels in the rooms, not 3, which is also a big deal for someone who doesn’t reuse face towels! So if you’re ever in Harlingen, I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay."
