"Smdh.... One of the worst. No organization. During the summer (NO A C). Yes it got stolen twice but being that that particular store is in the area it's in, no one feels the need to figure out how to keep this from happening. So the paying customers suffer in the end. This is one of my go-to stores for crafting. Even after I inquired about it still 8 holidays later, nothing. They constantly steal here, prices get jacked up...(the next day) employees on the phone are not paying attention. I had been coming here for 3 years. Now my go to IS 2 miles up the street with crafting products always in stock (Dollar general)."

"Ghetto to the max. They racially profiled us because we are black. They accused my son of stealing and refused to show me the cameras. They wanted me to pay for something and wouldn't show me proof. I told them I would gladly pay when evidence is presented. They asked us to leave when I said call the police because they have to show them the cameras. Supposedly they did and we waited for over an hour but the police never came. I dont think they called them. One employee talked to my son who is a minor when I wasnt on the aisle with him before the manager started accusing us. They are very unprofessional and very rude. They just hire anybody and let them treat customers however they want. They don't value customer service. I highly recommend not shopping here unless you dont mind being harassed."

"Incorrectly marked items throughout the store. Instead of fixing the problem the bad built manager was argumentative & uneducated on the retail or business ethics. The fact that her argument was based off her idea the prices just went up over night instead of her correctly marking the prices. Uneducated, unprofessional and lazy. The cashier did his best to deescalate the situation meanwhile the body language from the manager was uninterested in my concerns. The store was very unorganized and the manager wasn't working on fixing it either. This location should be closed down. It needs to be thoroughly investigated for over pricing the minority low income community. This store is a complete disgrace to the community."

"Some of these reviewers have never worked retail a day in thier lives. The store is fine, functional, for this part of Houston. So what if the employees don't bow to your whims and kiss your feet. Thier job is to ring up stuff you buy and stock the shelves."
