"The Family Dollar located at 3419 Gulf Fwy, Dickinson, TX 77539 is an extremely low volume store and is always well stocked. However, on last evening, I attempted to ur have merchandise at the price listed and was told that I couldn't do so because it was wasn't priced correctly and the items were placed in the wrong location. I was told the units could not be sold to me because of an error. Really?! So you mean to tell me that the items were available to purchase but someone made an error so I couldn't purchase the items for a $1? That's not good customer service! The store is an EXTREMELY low volume location. There's absolutely no excuse for those type of mistlakes being made: especially sense the store has a very low amount of traffic... I intend to purchase the items as price. Pictures were captures before the obvious change would be made. Family Dollar, get it together. Customers should not be mistreated and not allow to make a purchase based on a possible incorrect price being posted. The price clearly states $1."

"please disregard the reviews before harvey. i went to this location yesterday and it was very clean. as soon as i walked in i was greeted by the staff. the new store has a larger variety in products than it did before harvey. the pricing is great and overall the store has definitely upgraded!"

"The store just reopened after rebuilding from the devastation of hurricane Harvey, over one year ago. The store is well stocked. The employees are very proud of the store. They are very helpful and friendly. A great shopping experience."
