"In for oil change. Service technician apparently didn’t like my floor mat and said it wasn’t factory so he just threw it in the back floorboard up against the back of my driver seat. Also tried to charge for the oil when my husband supplied it. Big hassle to correct ticket. Husband asked how much for brake pads and they were DOIBLE from what another dealership quoted. Been using them for years but no more. RESPONSE TO REVIEW. No they DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING except how much the break pads were. No conversation about the floor mat! Husband noticed the floor mat was missing when he got home. I was in the car by then and saw it in the back floorboard up against the front seat. Get your story straight."
