"Staff got us situated quickly. The neighbors on both sides conversations could be heard at all hours. So beware that you won’t have a quiet rest. Comfy but a tad noisy"
"So, I'll start this out with the hotel then move forward. Hotel is great. Location is downtown, check-in and parking are not published. Parking $18 a day Valet oy with unlimited ins and outs. The lobby to check in is actually on the 5th floor, blew my mind. Rooms are clean, Texas/Southwest modern and beds are extremely comfy 8.7/10 for mattress comfort, 7.9/10 for pillow comfort (down pillows only, bad for my neck). Hotel has a restaurant downstairs and bar/bar food on the 5th floor (the Lobby). Mamacitas is amazing and has a very rustic homemade vibe to food and decor. It is a bit pricey, but high quality. The 5th floor bar/bar food area is located off of the lobby and offers plentiful selections of beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in nature and a selection of quality bar foods (Flatbread, appetizers, sandwiches etc). Seating is diverse with indoor bar, indoor sofas, indoor tables and outdoor seating with fire pits at all seating areas whether it is a table, low set conversation pit style area or one of the 3 pool bed/lounge areas. All come with a 5th floor city view and the pool adjacent so kids can enjoy themselves while parents enjoy themselves and look on from behind a pint. I willpower out that like any hotel bar, it has airport level prices. If you are wanting this type of food/drink option without kids I suggest walking a block and a half over to Un-branded Tavern where drinks and food are quality, happy hour is from 2-6 daily and it is a quiet almost speak easy vibe. Overall I give this hotel, staff and eminites a solid 9.1/10 Enjoy your stay, don't be scared to leave the path and explore the local spots, El Paso is extremely welcoming."
"wow. if i could give more than 5 stars i would! came for a date night & the service was exceptional. jasmine at the front desk so so sweet, even gave us breakfast voucher because i made a comment about our view. it was still beautiful and our bed was super soft & comfy. great food, beautiful rooms, exceptional service and all around great vibes. we enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back/recommend hotel indigo "
"My wife, daughters, and I had a wonderful experience. from the moment we pulled into The Valley to the moment we checked out the entire staff was friendly and courteous as well as extra patient with my girls. We travel quite a bit, so when our thirteen year old points out how great the service is (she's usually more focused on what she doesn't like), I take notice. The pool was fun and heated; perfect for a cold evening. Having a room to walk in for the towels was awesome. We ate at dinner the bar; the selection of drinks was great and the food was very good. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant and we were very impressed. The had a music man playing crooner songs and he was very talented. We'll definitely be back as my girls want to experience it all again during the summer. Great job Hotel Indigo, thank you for doing a fantastic job in caring for my family and I."
"This was the 3rd time we have stayed and every single time different rooms had luck warm water in the shower .i can’t believe we had to call maintenance to fix it and instead of changing us rooms they offered another room to go shower in lol what a joke. If you’re going to stay, stay in the summer when hot water isn’t needed . They should also put down that this hotel is not for families we showed up one time in the summer and was expecting to use the pool with the kids and we couldn’t since it was sectioned of for a pool party where adults only we had to wait till the next day to use the pool with the children"
