"It's clean and the cashier was very nice and the manager is nice. Wish they had more home decor my kitchen does not have a window so I bought this beautiful little wooden house and a hook rack I also bought wall chickens lol I love them they're cute Thanks so much I seen these very items at hobby lobby and it was very expensive I got them at family Dollar extremely cheap and in excellent condition"
"The clerk forgot to ring up and item. Once I got home, it was noticed and I went back to get. I saw the item at the register. The clerk had an attitude trying to tell me it was not and discussed with another gentleman who had been rude to me a couple days before. I had to enter into a confrontation match to say I know what I had at checkout. The clerk forgot to charge for the item, that's a whole other issue. As a customer I should not be attacked when I identified the item that was still at the register then get an apology. This location is continuing to demonstrate poor customer service. I wish they did not close the other location leaving this one open for an entire neighborhood within a 15 miles radius. I shop family dollar at least 3 times a month spending a significant amount of money to be treated this way."
