"As a guest at an event, I noticed the place is very dirty and not presentable. I have also noticed how much the owners and employees gaslight customers and are rude when they are honest in their reviews, and they are someone I will never choose to work with."

"Worse place to reserve your party I payed for 2 dates and got offered certain things and didn’t receive. For the second party they wanted to cancel on me at the last minute They charged me xtra $130 instead of helping me resolve Roxana argued with me when all I wanted was to get it taken care of Never again will I reserve at this place. Worse experience ever. At the end I am going to report to the better business bureau"

"I gave this hall a second chance and was not happy. I paid extra to get more set up time and the lady arrived 10min late. I called and text the owner 3 times , called the other 2 numbers and could not get a hold of anyone. She arrived late , with a bad attitude, and when we got there the table cloths weren’t ready so I couldn’t start decorating. What is the point of me paying extra to set up if the hall isn’t ready for me to set up? Apart from not having the guest tables ready the main table cloths were all dirty. The owner claimed he would fix the movie theatre seats(they’re torn) and would tape up the toddler area because it has cracks and holes and the kids could cut themselves. He never did. The lady coordinating the event was very rude and not helpful. We had to constantly be looking for her. She spent majority of the party locked in her office. At the end of the party she was quick to charge me the $7 I owed for ice ! But what about the money I paid for the extra set up time? Horrible customer service Do not recommend this hall ."

"Not only was the hall not clean , the lady in charge that day kept complaining when we kept on pointing out when it was dirty . Their was ants all over the play area inside where the trash was , when I mentioned it to her she said since other kids come and play she can’t do nothing about it . I’m paying 500 for a party hall expecting it to be clean and ready for my guest when they arrive. Also the ladies restroom smelled like urine , and it was missing paper towels, and they couldn’t even put a trash bag. After the fact that she was rude , and not helpful at all they still felt the need to get some of our food and drinks , and candy bags . If they were kind and helpful I wouldn’t have a problem with sharing the food I provided for my guest but it was the complete opposite. I wrote this review because I messaged the owner to give me a call so we can talk about my experience and she never reached out. The pictures I attached to this come from a video we took , was not expecting this at all!"
