They were direct with correspondence and trustworthy. They even took the time to ride with me in the vehicle for diagnosis. Although my costs were great and the time apart from my vehicle was long, I will return to TOL for future regular maintenance."

In October of 2023 I have decided that my experiences at Toyota of Louisville in both sales and service are the best at what they do. They welcome and greet you as if you’re part of their family. They are very considerate of your time and money. (Which is unheard of in this day and age). If they can save you some money they will. The service department is by far the best in the city. They keep you informed with the procedure and process at which they are doing things. A peace of mind is everything when you’re having to spend money on your vehicle.
