"If I can give this place a zero I would. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They charged me $55 for gel nails and the whole thing was a mess. Rough surface, rough tips just bad service. Never going back there. No thank you! Avoid this place by all means. I would’ve done a better job doing it myself at home with an Amazon gel kit."

"You ever been invited to a gnat party? Cause that’s what they have here. They reuse the same tools and I highly doubt that they disinfect anything. All their nail equipment is quite literally falling apart. Nail file , nail clippers, you name it. The broad done sneezed on me feet. Literally. I wish I could make this up yall. It’s literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. I would rather run my feet in mud than to ever come back here. When painting your toes they use paper towels to keep your toes apart. You read that right. Paper towels. Please for the love of God don’t ever come here. I wouldn’t let my dog come here to get its nails clipped. EW"

"This was my 1st and last visit. The service here was awful and not professional. The man that works there was rude and very disrespectful, when I told him to slow down, and stop being rough with my nails and he broke two of my pemanent nails and blamed it on me when he was trying to remove the acrylics, then he told me to get up from his work area and finds someone else to do my nails. I was only there because someone had given me a gift cerificate. I do not and will not recommend this nail salon for any services. The quality of work and profesionalism was poor, plus my nails looked very ugly/awful when finished. Please find somewhere else to go and get the respect and pampering you desire and deserve."

"My girlfriend was out of town so she decided to visit Cozy Nail. This couldn't have been a bigger mistake. The only lady working decided to soak her hands for over 30 minutes. Then gave her the worst nail painting I have ever seen. when my girlfriend refused to pay for the toddler-level painting, the employee threatened to call the police. Less than an hour later her nail ripped off of her thumb. The service recieved here was borderline criminal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!"
