"I hate to leave a bad review but the service department does not allow appointments if you’re having issues such as mechanical, electrical, etc. the only way I can make an appointment is if I’m gonna have maintenance such as oil change etc. I dropped my car off Sunday so they would have it bright and early Monday And was aware that they will look at the electrical issues when they can get to it. It’s Friday and they still have not looked at it. It’s still sitting in the same spot. Had I known how the service department works whenever we bought our two brand new cars at the same time from this place six months ago. I believe this would’ve changed our mind. I have never heard of A service department that is not allowed to make appointments whenever there is a problem with your vehicle. It was simply explained to me you drop it off and we get to it whenever we get to it. I just don’t understand how that is supposed to work for anybody that has a job, Kids, or just day-to-day routine. This just does not work to the benefit of the customer at all. Adding on, I just picked my car up they never looked at it never moved it and told me it takes 3 to 5 days again reiterating that to me. I simply said it’s been five days it hasn’t moved it hasn’t been touched. I definitely will not come back to that service department, every single review on here that is negative is because of that service department I worked at Mazda for years never had this issue. The lady at the service desk said well things have changed it’s just what it is. How is that even an excuse ? Update. Went to carriage Ford dropped my vehicle off. They looked at it the same day and fixed it the next day. Was even able to do my oil change and regular service."
"I had the most amazing experience purchasing my new Ford Bronco Sport from Jim in 2022. I would have continued to be a loyal customer, however, when needing service and diagnostic testing on my car I was told I couldn't make an appointment until April and it's mid February. I was told I just need to drop it off and they'll look at it between 3-7 days. That is pure insanity. Lisa's customer service is horrendous. Now searching for a new ford dealer for the future."

"I have been a Jim O'Neal customer for several years now. Staff has always been exceptionally friendly and genuinely seemed to care. That is up until the last 8 months or so, specifically the service department. The service department has declined in both customer service and service as a whole. I am extremely disappointed with my last interaction. "Sarah" not only did not listen but she also would not allow me to speak by talking on top on me while I was trying to explain the issues with my vehicle (issues that were not fixed the last time I had my vehicle in the service department). It was a very frustrating interaction. I hope she finds something that appeals to her more than the customer service industry."
"Great to deal with. Couldn't be happier with the purchasing process and love our new car. Note: with so many other dealers doing "dealer markups" for special or limited cars, Jim O'Neil honored the MSRP on mine. That's good business and they earned mine. Follow up: I'm currently in the process of purchasing another Bronco from Jim O'Neal. Although my vehicle is still "in production", they have been incredibly accommodating and, again, selling at MSRP as opposed to 90% of other dealerships in the Kentuciana area who are sticking it to the consumers with those "dealer markeups".
