"Kristen, your customer service rep should be terminated immediately from her position. 03/13/2023 5:30 PM, we were at the store to get my daughter's ears pierced. The rep was rude, disrespectful & outright RACIST right from the very start. She neither greeted us nor smiled once during the entire 30 minutes we were there. On the contrary she was totally opposite with the treatment to the white customers. She pointed us to a chair at the corner of the store. On asking again about the location of the chair, she raised her voice with utter disgust. While imprinting dots on my daughters' ear lobes, she had them unaligned. On pointing that out she blasted at me saying, "I am not done yet". That was totally rude & demeaning! I bit my tongue because I wanted my daughter to have a good experience. Being a mother I have every right to protect my child & piercings are not things that can be undone. It was a utterly belittling attitude! There was a white family who came after us & I thought for once that she will put them ahead of us in queue. Our experience was horrible & terrible. I have been a customer service manager for over 20 years. People like Kristin (or whatever her name is) should not be having this job which entails customers since she is so obnoxious with severe attitude. She is ruining the name of Claire's. I will NEVER EVER visit the store again & will negatively recommend it to my our friends & family!"

"Love Claire's - or hate it. Just depends on your taste and budget. They do offer a wide range of and variety of jewelry that typically would cost more else where in person. They have items most other cheaper locations don't carry. They change it up often. An have deals here and there. Great place to grab a small personal gift also. It's located in the Fayette mall so if ur not a mall person you may feel little lost. Their store is small but packed always with items and people. I give 5 star..because of lack of accessibility in location - lack of location choices in general. Friendly staff and awesome choices on hair bands!"

"Went there to pick up a gift with my toddler . There was one worker there doing a piercing, so I understood that I would have to wait. But the worker just kept talking and having full conversations with the teenager and her mom getting the piercing. Zero regard for me and my child waiting to pay, even after I I asked to pay. Made us wait so long, we just left the gift on the counter and walked out. Terrible customer service and I won’t be back."
