"Edit: SOT had an issue with their ordering system that lost my order and was routing emails improperly. It has been fixed, sample orders tested to ensure the issue was corrected and never happens again, and they added a phone number to their website as a second means of contact to help prevent issues in the future. Once we got in contact, they were extremely apologetic and helpful, and got my order shipped immediately. They did everything in their power to correct the situation. I couldn’t be more pleased with they service they provided. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Placed an order over a month ago for three items that were listed as in stock. Received an order confirmation within 10 minutes that acknowledged order and said I would receive a shiping confirmation when it shipped. I have sent two emails asking for status updates since my order has not shipped. No response. I would understand delays in shipping, things happen. But lack of response at all is beyond agrivating. I am about ready to call my credit card company and protest the bill since they took my money and have not sent items and don't respond to inquiries. This is totally unacceptable behavior."
