"Overall, I like this location. However, there is an agressive male who stocks the aisles that is gaining a negative reputation among regulars of this store. Today, he came up quickly behind me repeating "excuse me" in an irritated tone. I moved out of his way as quickly as I could. However, he was going so fast that he swerved into my cart. He became vocally angry at me until I called him on his behaviour. Had I been an older customer or a child, and had his carelessness rammed him into me rather than my cart, it I could have been seriously injured due to his force and speed. I can see from other reviews that his behaviour isn't isolated, and that he repeatedly tries to blame customers for his actions. I hope management will consider that he is a customer injury waiting to happen. I am very grateful for the professionalism of the girl I related the incident to in the store. However, I hope his behaviour will be fully resolved and no longer a danger to the customers."

"Great selection. Unfortunately, they often only have ONE register open for the whole store, leaving a long line of customers waiting to check out. I walk out more often than not because of this."

"If you haven't ever visited an Aldi, do yourself a favor and go!! I became a new fan in 2022 & always stop at any & all stores when I travel! Nice & unique selection of items from home decor, frozen foods, produce, & meats to choose from at great prices!!"

"Sometimes getting checked out takes a long time but I like a lot of products and the prices are pretty good for the items I go there for... Kentucky doesn't allow the wines advertised so keep that in mind when looking at their ads... I'd love to be able to get some of the deals on them but state regulations are really ridiculous for wine sales when some beers are higher in alcohol than some of the wine.."

"Wow what an experience at ALDI USA in Richmond kentucky, I went in to pick up a few items. On one of the isles the "gentleman stocker" had his cart in the middle of the isles, and other customers was in the isles as well. I gently move his cart over just a foot to look at some items, and the other customer made the comment he won't like that. I ask who she pointed to the clerk and she made the comment" I didn't touch it this time." He said I know people can't keep there hands off. I replied, I thought customers who need items was important. Guess not. So he proceeded to the back, brought empty carts out, with caution tape and blocked the whole isles off. Wow guess customers are a problem."
