"It is terribly inconsiderate to both employees and customers for you to have ONE employee working by themselves on a weekday at lunchtime who is expected to be cashier, security, customer assistance, AND check-in multiple merchandise trucks. Absolute ridiculous management witnessed at this location today, owner should be embarrassed. The store is a mess and I truly feel for the employee that was left to do their best in an unforgiving situation & clearly set up for failure. Shame on the management."
"Selection was nice,but cashiers need more training,didn't know how to split a cash/credit transaction and over charged my card, then tried to say she hadn't. Manger had to do a full refund. Looking at receipt & my pocket book..I realize they also took $3. Cash from me and never returned it. Just called the store,the same cashier pretended to be an assistant manager and said she didn't take my money. I let her know.. I'll be calling corporate."
"I every now and then I shop this location. It never disappoints. Great variety of goodies. From munchies to cleaning supplies. I like the service and it's clean too. Also, if you have time to browse, you will find a hidden gem or two. So enjoy the stroll"
"I constantly come here due to my children's school is around the corner, so after school we always get something. My kids love coming here. The employees have always been so nice, managers etc. Unfortunately, they are at times understaffed, they are restocking, reticketing, rearranging then they have to attend the register when a customer is ready to check out. It is a lot they do for one person and I just want to commend them. Great job team! I have been to other Dollar Generals and this one is in my opinion the best. Thank you staff for being so kind just by asking how one is, making a conversation...it makes me keep coming back."
