"They just decided to charge my card after several months since we cancelled. We gave the proper notice of 30 days last year in 2023, they stop charging, and now in 2024 they charge both kids again out of the blue. When my husband went to do the claim, the manager said they won’t give us a refund because we have to give 30 days again and won’t even listen anymore. I had to dispute my charges thru my credit card. This is so unprofessional. Well, they put $200 in their pocket but lost a client and some future Clients because we will not recommend. Great philosophy of doing business."

"They wrongfully charged my credit card for 4 months after I dropped the program, despite giving written and verbal notice 30 days in advance. I would complain once and they would refund the charge and charge me again the next month. It got to the point where I had to claim the charges through my credit card to make sure I wouldn't get charged anymore. The program is fantastic but their make up policy is impossible (you can only make up on specific sessions on days and hours they decide, which you can't change), and that combined with the poor logistics and financial organization makes the program absolutely not worth it. What a shame! I'd love to see a reply with some accountability and actions taken."

"My son goes here & first two classes I was not convinced but last class was a success and seems he has fallen in love with it. Had a hard time getting in touch with someone on the phone but as soon as I emailed them, the owner reached out and helped me get sorted out. Truly appreciate the quick response and helpfulness. The staff is amazing and the classes are great!"

Every month, kids work on different topics from interacting with classmates to learning Spanish, sign language in addition to doing different program that encourages them to properly use the equipment like landing on two feet, using C grip. We love Coach Says and Boast (where kids run to develop endurance)."

"Kidstrong is the COOLEST kid gym I've EVER seen and been to. It's pricey. Yes. But it's worth it. You have amazing coaches that motivate the kids and the parents. They have a great system going and it's very entertaining. As a F45 parent, when I found kidstrong, I immediately knew I wanted to sign up me toddler here. And they did not disappoint."
