"Came to get a pedicure with my 10-year-old daughter. I knew they did kid's pedicures here so I figured I would let her get a kid's pedicure while I got mine. I asked the age limit for a kid's pedicure and was told it's 10 years old, so I requested a kid's pedicure for my daughter. I was told since she is tall, she had to get an adult pedicure. I let her know again that she's only 10. She laughed and said "but she's too tall for the kid's pedicure chair". That's just not right and not fair to my child who has no control over her height. Even if she couldn't fit in the kid's chair, we should have been offered for her to sit in the adult chair and only be charged the child's price but I was told I would have to pay the adult's price for her. That is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to a 10-year-old little girl. The level of DISCRIMINATION due to my child being above average height is astonishing."

"My first time going to this nail spa I'm glad I did. Overall great experience with getting my nails done. Prices aren't bad at all. I will return. I do recommend to others this is a good spot that's worth going to. Update experience 12/28/2023 went in today to get my upper lip waxed found out while in chair they do eyebrows as well. I said yea let's do it...I wasn't satisfied with my eyebrows they didn't have any arch or definition I can tell they were waxed but it's not giving. When she pulled strip off doing wax to my upper lip and eyebrows she didn't comfort my skin as I have experienced and was taught to do. Pull strip and comfort the skin. I would've liked an actual arch in my eyebrows. my upper lip wax is good. So next time I will just stick with what I came in for."

"this nail place is awful. i went and got my nails done on a sunday paid $78 for my nails and left a 10 dollar tip for them to crack 3 days later and to look awful. when i went in to get a refund they told me they would not take them off when i showed proof of having a nail appt somewhere else. they were very nasty and yelled at me. also at my school i’ve known of 5 people that went there and went back to get a refund or get them redone because it was not what they asked for"

"The work was great…but the customer service is horrible. I went here once before and when the two ladies were arguing amongst themselves, my tech was being very rough on my hands. And her full set was trash! But this time I went because my sister gets hers done and referred me to Olivia. So I called to see if they were busy. The guy who always answers said no. That was a lie! I called back and asked if Olivia was available and he said she was doing a pedicure. I said ok if I come now will I be next. He said yes. So I get there and get chickFilA. The guy says take your time eating and she will do you next. So I begin eating and he goes and talks to Olivia, she looks and me And rolls her eyes. He comes back over to me and tells me that the girl getting the pedicure now wants to get a full set so somebody else can do my nails. I said no I’ll wait. He said it will be a long time but I continued eating. He kept asking so finally I said ok. After they switched my seat 3 times…Olivia finally took me. They are speaking in their language and I can hear the annoyance in her voice. I asked her was it a problem that I asked for her. She said she doesn’t like taking new people. I said well you could have said that before you started! When she finished, she charge me 40$ for a fill in. When I have her my card she skipped the tip and when I asked why she said we only take cash tips but my sister said that was not true. When I asked how much was the fill in she told me 29 and 5 to take off my gel Polish. So she added her own tip! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!! They only got two stars because the nails look really good."

"While the nail technicians and staff were very kind and friendly, I am upset with the quality of service. I visited this location while in Louisville for a wedding. Around noon on Saturday, I got a full set of pink and white acrylics and after just six hours one of them broke off while I was putting my shoe on. I was very shocked to realize the fake nail had broken completely off... I did not have time to return to the salon to have it fixed as I was returning home the next morning and the salon would not open until noon. I do feel the quality and style of the nails I received could have been much better... I wish they upheld better and looked more natural like I had asked."
