"I brought my daughter to this PMA location to learn martial art back in 2021. Since then, she has learned many self defense techniques and becoming more self-discipline. I also joined my daughter to learn the martial art in 2022. We really enjoy the time here. I enjoy the progress that I make with my daughter. I really appreciate the self defense techniques that I learned. The self defense techniques taught here are more practical and more close to real life situations. It is a good place to learn martial art, especially for kids to learn self defense, and it is good for all ages. By the way, the instructors here are nice and professional. The owner is also nice and caring. I highly recommend it to any parents bringing their kids here to learn martial arts and self defense."
