"It’s difficult when you arrive anytime after 4pm. H‑E‑B used to have 2 pharmacy techs working the drive thru window and now, it’s been reduced down to one. One tech to handle both windows. So you can imagine the wait time. Never an issue with the medications or timely manner in which you have to pick up meds but the drive thru lines are very slow."
