"Currently I would give this daycare a zero rating if possible. I will never bring my child here again! we had on going issues with the attitude the teachers displayed! They are dealing with staffing issues which is understandable but the demeanor of the staff currently work their displays frustration and lacks the care and nurturing the kids deserve. Finally we had this one class room with the perfect teachers but they all quit as they could not tolerate the problems going on the daycare. We have addressed issues with management but they will give you a "first time hearing this" expression when you bring issues to their attention. The teacher in toddler 2 classroom yells and screams at these kids. They are startled and this is not good for their age. They are not fed properly, meals are placed on the table and taken away even before the kids can attempt to eat. she then tosses the food away. We gave them enough time to recollect and regroup but see no changes. The management is on a power trip all the time, and see no future in this daycare. This is a wonderful facility as it is new, but the current staff and management will sink this ship faster than they can rebuild. The older kids classroom were good but infants to toddler 2 (stay away)!!!!!"

"My 9 month old was put in a 15 minute timeout for crying and Lynn, the director, stated I “should expect this with group childcare”. I then looked up the minimum standards of basic care for daycare licensing by the state of Texas and it actually violates 3 sections. This was just the straw that broke the camels back. We’ve had situations when my daughter was nonmobile being put on the floor to be hit by the mobile children on multiple occasions. A high turnover rate and never knowing if it will be a calm day and I can work or if I need to take off early to pick up my child in case she’s in danger. Walking past the two’s classroom with the teacher yelling “Stop!! Stop!! Shut up!” every day. I would never recommend this place and am actively searching for a new daycare for my child."
