"We had quartzite installed 4 years ago. It was a good experience. Recently someone repaired a chip and applied a clear protective coat. It turned out terrible. Prestige came and removed the erroneous clear coat, cleaned and polished it. They were very professional."

"My previous review mysteriously vanished, prompting me to delete and re-post it. This re-post includes the owner's response from my earlier review in the pictures. Our experience with this company was fraught with mistakes. The granite slabs were too short, resulting in no overhang, and the measurements were inaccurate, leading to incorrect cutouts. When they claimed our selected granite was out of stock, we were left with unattractive alternatives, which should have warranted a refund. Their response to our cracked granite proved insufficient. They attempted to fix it with epoxy, but it kept cracking, and they refused to replace the entire piece. Furthermore, in a small bathroom, they joined two small granite slabs, creating an unsightly seam. They replaced it with a style we didn't like due to running out of stock because of measurement errors. Their work quality was subpar; caulking peeled off within a year. They refused to provide evidence for their measurements and shifted blame. Response to the owner: I want to address several inaccuracies in Valentina's response. First, we've never collaborated with Valentina in the past, and we've had no prior interactions with her. We haven't even met her before, and it's doubtful whether she fully comprehends our situation. Second, our cabinets weren't purchased online. We acquired them from a reputable cabinet shop and had them professionally installed without issues. Ivan's involvement in attempting to adjust cabinets or alter their leveling was outside the scope of the work we hired a granite company for. In a prior review, you mentioned that your team doesn't handle cabinet work, and you'd recommend cabinet professionals if needed. It's crucial to emphasize that I was never satisfied with the project's results. I expressed my desire to review the measurements Ivan had taken, but I never received the promised paperwork. Despite my dissatisfaction, we paid the balance due mainly to move forward with our house despite our growing discontent. The timing of my review isn't the focus; my disappointment remains valid. Additionally, the delayed response, nearly a year later, to a review posted a year ago raises questions about the level of commitment. Lastly, our numerous attempts to contact the office and Ivan have yielded disappointing results. His explanations for not addressing the problems have been subpar, and his epoxy fix only resulted in the piece breaking off again. His inability to address the issue effectively raises concerns about the quality of his work. Several professionals who assessed his work expressed disbelief at its poor quality. Instead of responding defensively and attempting to refute these concerns, we kindly request that you uphold your commitment to addressing the issues and promptly send someone to rectify the long-standing problems. We've been patiently waiting for years for a resolution."

"I knew I wanted quartz, but the patterns seemed endless! The staff at Prestige patiently showed me multiple options in my price range (three visits!), and honest assessments of different options. Once selected, everything was as promised. Estimate as to price, installation date, spot on. The installation was quick and efficient. Prestige also referred me to another great contractor for tile backsplash. I have absolutely no complaints. Level installation in an old house isn’t always easy but Ivan was a perfectionist. I am so pleased with the support I received, and love my new counters."

"Prestige Granite has a good selection of countertops in-stock. Installation took place in early September. The granite itself is very nice and thick. Minor damage occurred to our hardwood, but Prestige had hardwood contractor come out and ultimately offered a $300 refund. About a week after install we did notice a small chip in the edge of our island. Prestige came back out and repaired at no additional cost. I would recommend Prestige."
