Reviews
"Beautiful little park with some interesting history hidden in the Tomball area. Beautiful short walking trails. Very informative staff and nature center. Highly recommend the Kleb house tour. Plus they have bathrooms."
"Place was clean and the trails were kept up nicely. Good spot to do a bit of easy trail walking with the fmaily."
"We had a wonderful time at the hummingbird festival! My boys made a wooden birdhouse with the help of the gentlemen in the woodworking shop. They were excited about the blacksmith presentation. My oldest loved the dice game set up to teach them about the migration of hummingbirds. The raptor birds were beautiful too! It was just amazing!"
"Beautiful place to visit with the whole family! There is a Nature Center open every day, restrooms, there are trails for walking, no pets allowed. There is a small farm museum, so much of history here! They have free guided tours and they hold educational programs for families and homeschool groups."
"Went at mid-day on an extremely hot day(feels like 105° temp) but the trees are tall and the trails are shady, it was cooler inside. Saw squirrels, rabbits, frogs, lizards and a few other critters. Great spot for bird watching. The nature center is air conditioned and easily reached from any of the trails. It also had bug spray available for visitors. There are mosquitoes. Not all trails loop. Hit a couple of dead ends. Some of the trees are really majestic. You get a feel of how it might have been if one lived in isolation over the last century. It was a delightfully pleasant visit."
