"The store clerk, Linda I believe, it was at 2am I must say. She was one of the friendliest clerks I have ever had. She took the time to let me know the advantages of scanning and using my app on the regular when I come in for anything. I wish I had this information a Long time ago, but Thank You Linda. She would have shown me more but I caused a line she needed to take care of, and I must say she was smiling the whole time. She deserves to make more for her efforts as Customer service is dying and needs to be brought back to life. Side note for RACETRAC, I would be more than happy to schedule a meeting with the decision makers of this and other stores and allow me to show the benefits of allowing me in for a training sessions at each store. "I would give no stars if I could but It won't let me and leave a review. At 1810 hours today I stopped there to turn cash out some winnings on scratch offs. I scanned them with the app right before I went in and it was $220, once the cashier got them, turned around and scanned them with his back to me and where I could see the screen and magically he told me I only won $120, the $100 one was missing and told me, nope that's all I won. After leaving the store I tore my vehicle apart looking for it and it wasn't there.Look at my history, I never leave bad reviews but I won't stand to be stolen from. The Attorney Generals office and the Lottery Commission are getting a call bright and early Monday morning. I know for a fact that they can look up the scan logs."
