"f I could leave no stars I would! This shop had a Mother’s Day special going on. On 05/08/2021 I messaged the girlfriend of the owner and asked if times were available to get the tattoo special they had going on.She gave me 10am, I asked if they had a later time she says 1pm. I tell her I’ll take it and she proceeds to ask me what was I interested in getting. She opens my message and sees the tattoo images I sent, Which in my mind everything was good. I go on google get the address and the next day on Mother’s Day,I head to the shop from Clarksville to to arrive at my scheduled appointment time. I get to the location and it’s an abandoned building. I proceeded to message the female who scheduled the tattoo appointment to ask for the address and she tells me appointments were booked in advance. How When we had already been messaging and I told you I wanted the available time of 1pm. She than tells me sorry for the confusion she had booked the spot shortly after I inquired about it which is why she marked it sold. However if you inquire about an item on the marketplace it’ll automatically notify you that the listing was sold even if you purchase it. So when I saw the alert it was sold I thought nothing of it because again I told her I would take the 1pm appointment that was open. And she tells me all appointments are paid for in advance but I was never notified of a deposit the original listing ad didn’t even ask for a deposit. I drove over 30 minutes away to get to this appointment and I was turned away unapologetically. It was no empathy, it was like she made it my fault for driving down there even tho google has all addresses on file even if it’s an abandoned building. I was so excited to finally be getting a tattoo. I lost my son the year (2020) before and my grandma this year on the same day in 2021 and the tattoo I was getting was going to be a tribute to them. I’m devastated by this, So sad how they pick and chose which customers they want to work with and which ones they don’t. I won’t be back in the future, wouldn’t want heartless people tattooing anything on me."
