"The shop owner ran a raffle for the opening of their building in June. The raffle tickets were $10 a piece and I bought 2 along with other people that entered. I won the raffle and I was super excited. I reach out to him moments later of him announcing me as the winner to schedule my appointment. Upon reaching out to him a day or 2 later we finally got on me on the schedule 2 weeks out. The night before the appointment comes and I confirm my appointment with him for the next day, just for him to inform me that he over booked himself and that I will need to reschedule. I’m not sure how you overbook for an appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks prior, but okay. So I proceed to reschedule another 2 weeks out. I wasn’t able to get a response from him for about 2 days, but I saw he was advertising on FB for availability the same day I was interested in. So I had to reach out to the wife to get rescheduled and comment on the post he made letting him know I’m trying to reschedule. The wife messages me and reschedule’s me for 07/26/21 at 12pm. I drive to the shop that is 30 minutes away from me and proceed to my appointment. 11:51am and no one is there. I message the owner he tells me he had things come up, they are trying to relocate and more personal reasons. I say this to say, he scammed those who entered the raffle. I shouldn’t have to reschedule 3x for a tattoo that was won and scheduled twice in advance. I won’t be pursuing the winnings because I do not have patience for unprofessionalism."
