"Yesterday I wanted to top up my card and the cashier refused me the service and argued that they don't do that type of service, sending me to another 7-eleven"

"There is an extremely rude employee working for the 7-Eleven at 1100 FM 2181 in Corinth. His name is Zion and he wears glasses. I went to ask why the pumps sporadically decide to not let you use a credit card and you have to go inside. They had happened several times, so I was trying to get an explanation with the female cashier that was waiting on me. She was very nice. Zion had to chime in with his two cents and Started to be so rude to me. He ended up calling me the F word twice and saying the F word three more times during my visit. Not one time did I swear at him and that one time did the female cashier tell him to stop or to calm down. I was extremely upset. I asked for the managers name and when she went to give it to me, Zion said, go ahead and call her. It won’t matter she won’t care. So I will call this manager and I will let you all know if she ends up saying anything. I cannot believe 7-Eleven chooses to employ such an Individual . Someone who cares that little about customer service and about the people that come in there should not have a job and should definitely not be working with people. Right now if I could give this store zero stars I would. It’s a shame that young people like Zion, feel like they can get away with treating people however, they want. That’s what this country has come to ."

"This store opened shortly after I moved to Corinth and the staff and management have always been very nice, but I can never count on them to have Diet Coke in their fountain machine. They explained it away as supply chain issues, which was plausible during the pandemic. But months ago I switched to another store less than two miles away, and they have NEVER been out of Diet Coke once... and I visit almost daily. Just for kicks I stopped by this store this morning just to see if they'd have it, but once again they were out. I have to believe this is a failure of management and/or ownership. It's just not that hard to manage inventory."

"This is the closest 711 to my house and I have come to love their fountain drinks but lately there is always something wrong with it. They still sell it like nothing is wrong though. I have had to walk out unsatisfied and empty handed several times. Very disappointing and the only reason I gave them a 2 is because staff is nice."

"I love our local 7-11. The staff is always nice the store is kept clean. They even allow me to bring my puppy in when it's too hot outside. Some of these cashiers are so friendly and professional. I only say some because I have not met all of them obviously. The cookies on the way out are the best!!"
