"I went to this place thinking that we were going to get a couple of hamburgers because they are normally delicious. The two burgers we ordered- the meat was just browned on both sides but raw in the middle, on top of that the meat was still semi cold. I did get my money back and the cashier was very apologetic. Just check your food before you leave."

"My company placed a large order of sausages to be shipped to an out of town job for an employee luncheon. Unfortunately shipping was delayed and when the order was received it was no longer at an acceptable temperature to serve. Out procurement department staff changed and somehow it slipped through the cracks to start the process of getting a refund or replacement order. Fast forward several months. The office manager was reconciling and saw the charge for the sausages and we realized what happened. We called Chappelll Hill and they made it right! Ms. Diana S. Took great care of us. We were shipped a replacement order. It arrived on time and still frozen. Thanks for looking out for loyal customers. We will definitely be ordering again!"

"We just had to stop and try this BBQ hotspot. We shared a 3 meat plate and a side of fried okra. Everything tasted amazing. The brisket, sausage, and ribs had a great smoked flavor, good bark and overall delicious. The only reason for 4 stars over 5 was that we did get an end rib that was very dry and the brisket was all from the fat side. The other rib was amazing and it would have been good to have a balance between the fat and the lean brisket. The portion size was perfect and more then enough for 2 people to share. The green beans were good and the Mac-n-cheese was off the hook. I definitely recommend as a must stop! Both in flavor and in value!"

"Chappell Hill Sausage Company welcomes you with great smelling smoked meats as you pull in. There are a few tables to eat there and there was a constant flow of people. I ordered a jalapeño sausage on a stick (a must from a place that has sausage in its title) as well as a junior bacon cheeseburger. It was all so good! And it was no junior burger, this is a massive burger. You have to get it with bacon because the bacon was thick and crispy. I’m a fan! Thanks Chappell Hill Sausage Company for a great lunch."

"Iced tea 2nd to none! The sausage is simply amazing. The BBQ sauce on the other hand is not a true Texas sauce. It’s way too sweet and overpowers the sausage instead of enhancing the flavor. Will definitely stop again. Just won’t order the sauce. I love that you can also shop freshly butchered meats as well as fresh Yard eggs. Home made jams and jellies. Cut little shop area. Love the Christmas Ornaments."
