"Long wait time sitting in the chair for someone. They ran hot water for me and by the time she showed up, it was cool. Then she disappeared partway and returned back maybe 5 minutes later. A decent pedicure but felt very rushed not a lot of effort put in, like they just wanted to be done. My friend who came with me was started on 15 minutes before me and mine ended right about same time. We both said it was “okay”, but not worth what we paid and not nearly as good a pedicure as other places."

"This used to be my go to place.. I would come every 2 weeks for the last 1.5 years. I haven’t always had a 5 star experience but it was so convenient to come here and there usually wasn’t a wait. Today I came in with my sister, she got the wrong color put on and went to show the manager and he acted like it wasn’t different at all and oxidation caused the color to change on the chart versus her hand. The glitter and color were both different though.. it was clearly the wrong one. He knows me, and I felt for someone who has been a loyal client for so long- he should’ve handled that differently. She was still charged full price and he did offer to fix it right then with a new set but we had been there for over an hour already with 2 kids. He told to come back to get it changed. It is not easy to just come back for a re do and the fact that he knows me knowing my sister wasn’t looking for a free service and his nail tech messed up- left me with a bad taste in my mouth. My nails were also done very sloppy. The girl actually left during the service because she said she was hungry. I get we all need to eat but why during a service? I don’t know what’s going on inside my nail- there is so much residual. There’s a crack on my index finger and some black dot that won’t go away on my pinky. It’s time for me to search for a new nail salon. Not happy this time around and probably won’t be back by how they treated my sister. What if it was me with the wrong color? I wouldn’t wanna be stuck with it."

"I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Amber does my nails and she always does an amazing job! Linda does my pedicure and is great at always getting out my ingrown nails with ease and no pain, she is great! Highly recommend!"
