Reviews of ALDI
"Great prices love their packages with small baby lettuce heads Avocados hit and miss. Some are rotten by the time they're ripe"
"I never had an awful sales representative as many times as I've been to this location. The womans name was LyMonica an African American in her late 30-early 40s. She was just awful the time was 3:54. Awful attitude. I understand that aldis has it a style of do it yourself service. Not an issue but she started checking out my items and placing started them in the cart. I had grabbed a bag to place my items. I started moving the cart to put everything in the bag. She said nu-uh and said you should've placed your items in your bag as soon as I scanned. I informed her I was going to place my itmes in the counter top to do so. She said bring it back when done. That was not an issue for obviously I was, then when I get done placing all the items in the bag and getting the bag ready to leave I place the bag in my hand; she snatches the cart back resulting in hitting my right thigh. I informed her that was rude and says What! With an awful tone.I was trying to get in contact with the store Manger to report this incident. No phone number or name or email nothing to get in contace with the manager. Once again thats fine privacy, right. No worries I won't be returning to this awful location."
"I do not normally carry change in my pockets so because I had no quarter and never been to an Aldi, I was not able to get a shopping cart. This was a huge inconvenience because I usually spend $100 a week or so on groceries. How am I supposed to carry all that by hand? There no store representatives anywhere, just one loan person working 1 check out line. I walked around the store and saw a few things I wanted but again, the inconvenience of no shopping carts nobody for assistance with this I became frustrated. I’m coming to buy groceries and dinner for my family for crying out loud why does Aldi make this process difficult? I grabbed a bag of wings and turned to get inline only to be reminded there is only one employee here and his line has several people online already. I decided to forget the wings. I’ll gladly go elsewhere. I doubt I will be back Aldi, this was just pitiful"
"I was in lane 1, and the cashier decided to close that lane even though I have been in line for several minutes. Told me to move to lane 2 which I'm now at the end. Then 5 minutes after waiting in lane 2 the same cashier decided to reopen lane 1 and I was yet again at the end because he didn't know how to do his job and just told people to move there. Tossed my groceries into the cart roughly as he scanned them, literally dropping them into the cart. There was an issue with another register and he didn't even finish scanning the last two items and left the lane for several minutes. What an absolute garbage of a worker with absolutely no common sense. Zero structure, zero care. Several people in front of me just got out of line and left the store. Sure hope he wasn't the manager because he certainly doesn't have the skills to lead."
"The entrance aisle is weirdly long, other than that pretty standard Aldi experience. Some decent sales last time we were in, otherwise not a lot stands out. A couple items I did want were out of stock or only had one or two left and I bought the rest. The cashier was polite and efficient. Will occasionally stop in."
