"I have been coming to Neuhaus cafe regularly for their slices of cake to go. Almost $9 per slice is practically highway robbery but the cake is good and the portion sizes were acceptable until tonight. I’m not normally the type to say something at a restaurant but being that I like this place and wanted to come back I figured I would politely say something. When I walked back up to the counter to let the girl working know that the slice was a lot smaller than normal she told me it was pre cut offered me another one of the exact same size and stated “there is nothing I can do”. “Okay” I said and walked out.. My favorite part is that as I was leaving the girl said to another customer “the slice of cake wasn’t big enough for her” very professional. I tried to give this establishment the opportunity to correct the issue and needless to say I’m very saddened with the response. I will be buying my $9 cake slices elsewhere from now on."

"Today for lunch we ordered from here to be delivered. First time ever to eat here. From ordering to delivery everything was good, even had a couple items that were customized and everything was correct, nothing wrong. I always feel a lot of restaurants lack in delivering and don’t always get things correct, so huge A+ in that category. The food was fresh and tasted very good. I had the BLT, vegetables were fresh and crisp, and bacon was nice and crispy just like I like on a BLT. As you can see in the pic, they do put a nice amount of bacon on it. Not too much to overpower the lettuce and tomato though. Great first impression, will definitely eat from this place more."

"Friendly service and pretty good food. We had the combo breakfast which was pretty solid, pricing of the menu is very reasonable. The place seems to be popular among older local folks. The real gem is the handmade Belgian chocolates they sell here. Even if pricey (~$2-3.5 each), they were heavenly!!"
