"update 12/15 kayla was rude. i was kind i wasn’t rude at all i wanted shorter and straight not crooked . she got irritated and just left me there with my nails not done. I get my dip mani gel pedi here every 3 weeks for 6-8 months now. Chloe is MY GIRL. She is so skilled at nails and does it perfect. She does my gel nails and dip nails flawless every time! She has a talent. Chloe is also very sweet and funny. I love Diane for my pedicure. I love lavender nails and I love that they have a beverage bar. I don’t want to go anywhere else! I have had a couple hick ups with lavender though with their sub par customer service at times, such as not offering me a beverage; many times I have to ASK, which is not okay. Also they skimp you on the time for scrub and massage. Most mail technicians only scrub my feet w the Pumice for 8 seconds each foot and I don’t like that. I’m paying a $70 pedicure service. Tech should be scrubbing with the pumice for 20-30 seconds each foot . And many only scrub the exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet for 10-15 seconds each foot and that’s not okay either. I had to explain to the managers, and explain to Diane that it should be a little longer like 45-60 seconds or more each foot is good for exfoliating. Diane is great and understands my desire and gives more sensible time on scrub. I appreciate Diane. I just feel customers are paying a lot and we should receive a good relaxing service. This is why I speak up. Not to complain but to explain the right way to serve us customers. but over all I give 5 stars."

"Very welcoming! We really enjoyed ourselves! Nancy, Sandy, and Kaylee were our techs. Quality of service done on our toes kept long! We ordered Champagne, Bay Breeze, and Pineapple Vodka - definitely did not skimp on the alcohol! Was visiting, def would be repeat customer if I lived there again!"
