"It was my first time at the salon. The booking process was so smooth and they asked me many preference questions (what I wanted & if I wanted to request a certain person). I don't get my nails done very often and so I had questions on the new hybrid gel as well as dip and acrylic. They took me through the whole process and made sure that I got what I wanted. Celine is super sweet, she is very detail oriented and made great conversation with her during my time there. Great customer service and welcoming :)"

"I got my nails done at The Nail Bar a little before Christmas and I’m about to head over there a few days shy of a month to get them done again. That’s how long they lasted! Kate was great and me not being a very talkative person the conversation was engaging and natural. "I had a wonderful experience with Nail Bae and Celine yesterday! I was a walk-in about an hour before they closed, but they were extremely welcoming and I did not feel rushed at all. I’ve been to several salons over the last several years, and their level of hygiene and nail care is top tier. They were super gentle removing my old dip color and made sure to thoroughly prep my nail prior to putting on my selected dip color, such as removing my cuticles, sanitizing my hands several times, and making sure my nail length was even across all my nails several times. Looking forward to going back to them for my next dip!"

"LOVE this place. I have gotten done both full sets and pedis and every time it's excellent customer service and excellent work. Everyone there is always welcoming. The environment is always relaxing, and always clean. Everyone there does good work, Kate is usually who does my nails. One service they do offer here is hybrid gel and before this place I never knew what it was. "These guys absolutely killed it! I am so happy with how my nails turned out. I went in with a design I thought might be too tricky as it had a lot of small details, and I wanted to avoid using nail extensions/acrylics. Needless to say they did exactly what I wanted, and made it look fantastic. Beyond that, the whole experience was great as everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I was taken care of by Kate, Nail Bae and Lauren - who all did an amazing job. I also really appreciate how the salon is upfront with the pricing. I definitely recommend people to check this place out :)"
