Weber's Bar-B-Q

"I had a very pleasant take out experience with Weber's. The service was quick and they were very nice. I ordered the three meat plate with two sides and a root beer. Value for the money was just fine. The coleslaw was quite tasty and had a lot of flavors going on there. I'd give that a solid 8+. The potato salad was alright and I'd give that about a 7. BBQ has a nice bark on it, it was well cooked and had really good flavoring. There was however a pretty thick cap of fat on it, which is to say about a quarter of an inch or maybe a tad more. I actually like fat, but I would have preferred more beef. To be fair, I did not ask for a lean cut, nor was it offered. Flavor and brisket I'd give it an 8. I'm not actually going to take off for the fat and it might have been just a bit dry. The jalapeno cheese sausage was alright. Mild flavor and not very spicy. Would give that a 6. The ribs however really did it for me. Flavoring was right on, tender and moist. I'd give that a 9. One of the best I've had. Overall I'm glad I stopped in. Was a good experience and the meal definitely filled me up with leftovers for the next day. When I'm headed that direction again, I could see sharing the experience with my wife and probably dine in next time. Quaint little place with an old town appeal. Bottle opener on the wall for the root beer. I did have to ask a patron to excuse my reach to get to it. ;)"

"I stopped in this little Place in Walnut Springs and had a burrito. OMG it was the best brisket burrito I have ever had. Friendly people great service. I will definitely be going back."

"The food was amazing. Brisket was juicy, turkey was moist, bbq sauce was tangy. The German coleslaw was refreshing with just the right amount of acid with the vinegar base. The banana pudding was the perfect ending and so scrumptious"

"Best Texas BBQ I've had. The coleslaw is completely different than anything else you'll get in the area. It is so light and vinegary and doesn't have that heavy mayonnaise flavor. The brisket is so moist and flavorful that you'll want to eat it everyday. The cheddar cheese and jalapeño sausage is the perfect amount of heat. The ribs will fall off the bone and are fantastic. I'm sorry I'm leaving such a great review because this could bring in non locals and slow the business down. Love eating here and hope the best for the owners."

"Great smoked meat! I love finding these little out of the way places! Turkey has great smoked flavor. I often encounter this meat too dry with only a hint of smoked flavor, but this is juicy and full of flavor! Sausage is delicious, and the brisket is wonderful without being too fatty. Normally I don’t like the sauce too sweet, but despite being on the sweeter side, it has a nice light tang with a little bite to even out the sweetness. Pinto beans were good, but could have used a hint of salt to taste. Toast could have used a touch of warm butter when served, but I also arrived at the end of the day. Service was polite and prompt. Overall excellent bbq. My biggest problem is fighting off a food coma getting back on the road."
