"This gym tries to scam you with their hidden contract policies. Do not sign a membership with them, they try to do everything in their power to get you to sign these contracts but they do not share all the information with you. The culture is toxic and their customer service is terrible. My contract terms ended with them but they still continued charging me a tremendous amount of money. Despite me verifying that my contract would not renew automatically. These individuals lie to you so they can get as much money as possible. I warn you and implore you to not sign a membership with them. There are better gyms out there with better customer service. Gyms that are more affordable and have no hidden fees and healthier gym cultures. These people will just try to scam you. The general manager has terrible Customer service. Shouts on the phone after he's the one that's messed up in running this business. Don't sign up for this gym. Go somewhere friendlier and more affordable."
