"Check-in procedure was efficient and I was shown how to operate the equipment, which I had no prior experience with. I dealt with the owner at check-in. Good experience. Returning the equipment went smoothly as well. I did get charged a $13 fee for waiving damage insurance. This was not explained to me and I really don’t understand that. Otherwise, all went as expected."

"I’ve been dealing with this rental company for about a year through a company I work for. And every time we’ve got equipment from there it always broke down. The delivery guy completely has an attitude all the time. I went myself and rented a tractor from them. For daily rental they tried to charge me almost $1000. For tractor that I spent at least five hours working on just so I can use the tractor. Then they try to charge me for a new foot on the tractor that I knew nothing about said he got bent. The homeowners that I was doing the work for I heard about this and they are very frustrated about their services. I would not recommend"

"I used DC because our local rental dealer was out of scaffolding and walk boards. From the very first at pulling into their lot I could tell they were on top of their game. The lot was well organized with great equipment on display and their building didn't look like a pawn shop with junky equipment laying around everywhere. The price was very competitive and the service was friendly. I felt like they appreciated my business, which is sometimes rare these days. Loading was convenient and assisted by a staff member. Upon return, there were two gentlemen there helping unload and check in the equipment. The process went very quickly. I will definitely call on them again. The short drive is worth the service and getting the tools you need."
