"Horribly disappointed with my experience today. No one said hi, can I help you. I counted 10 employees while I was there. I had to wait to pay for my fabric, the cashier did apologize for the delay. The employees seemed to all be filling online orders. Couldn't you have 1 employee greeting customers? I drove from Michigan and was so excited to experience Hancock's. I did leave not wanting to return. I was pleased with the selection and price of the fabrics."
"Where do I even start? Walking in for the first time was quite a pleasant surprise! There is a LOT of fabric to choose from. It is so well organized, the map is a genius idea (as is the barcode scanner at the cutting tables!!!). I found some bits I hadn't seen back home and I adore them all."
