"THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MIX PAINT. I ordered three cans of almond green from them. After almost having the room I was painting finished, I started applying the third can to find out it was the wrong color. I went to get it fixed and they wasted an hour of my time, JUST TO NOT GET THE RIGHT COLOR!!!!! They put us a day behind schedule, and we now have to buy paint somewhere else before we drive an hour and a half to work!!!! Thanks rusty's DID IT WRONG CENTER!!!!!!"

"If you need it, they probably have it! Some items may be a little higher than Paducah, but hey....you don't have to drive to Paducah! They have so much stuff it just makes you want to buy something. Definitely worth the visit AND I got what I needed to hook up my washer and dryer!"

"I have had good experiences with everything I have purchased and most of the employees, except for one. Tim is rude and not helpful. I told him exactly what I needed and the measurements I needed. I specifically asked for baseboard trim, twice. He told me they did not have what I was looking for but he would show me what they did have. He had to step away to help another customer. As a woman I know enough to get by with certain home projects but not enough about trim. I continued to look at my options and when he came back, I told him I picked out what I needed and he said okay and left again. I was left to figure out how many boards I needed. I took my boards to the register, where he checked me out, and I paid for them. I asked if someone would be able to cut them to my specific lengths and he said they DO NOT do that for customers. I left and called my cousin and he said he would cut them for me. As I got to his house, he told me that I had gotten ceiling trim, not baseboard trim. As you can imagine, I felt dumb and wondered why this was not told to me upon payment. Tim figured because I was a woman and dumb enough to purchase the wrong thing, then I guess I deserved to leave with it and find out the hard way. I took the boards back and thank goodness got someone other than Tim. I was reimbursed for my purchased and told what I needed and that they would even be cut for me to my specific lengths. I didn't get the guys name but thank you! I finally got home with the correct material, no thanks to Tim. So Tim if you don't want to help a woman, then stay at home! You thought you could make me look like a fool but in the long run, you are the idiot."
